The measurement and analysis of gases and liquids requires uniform and parallel flow of media (laminar flow).
Extensive know how and experience is needed to prevent turbulence and ensure uniform media flow. Flow straighteners made by Flammer are top performers. They eliminate turbulence and feature minimum pressure loss. Our flow straighteners are silent, very compact and don’t take up much space when built into a pipe. As they are purely made of metal (stainless steel 1.4404 and 1.4541) they can be used in very aggressive media and at high temperatures.
The configuration of a flow straightener depends on specific requirements. Individual advice in which all framework conditions are specified is, therefore, just as importantat as closely working together after after production has started.
